No trump!

Today damn shiok.

My sister has bought a new set of cards, which have the AstroBoy on every face. The cards look too messy, in my opinion. I have to look at the corner of the card to figure out what card it is. My sister just learnt bridge today. That is the first time I know a game that she does not know. Since she is a beginner, we played slowly today.

I shuffled. Kenny bid 1 club. Sis bid 1 hearts. I bid 1 no trump. (My cards were full of kings and queens, there was 1 ace and the suits are quite strong with no cards below 6 points.)

They continue bidding. I bid 2 no trump and I won the bid. I called for ace of hearts. Since there were only 3 players, there was one set of no-man's cards. And my partner was neither the 2 of them, so my partner was that set of cards. Fortunately, my partner(who was also me myself) had 1 ace and king of clubs.

I started the game. I put the ace first. I won the set. Subsequently, I started with the strongest card of the suits. And before I knew it, I had won 5 sets while my opponents won none. Since I bid for 2 no trump, I just had to grab 3 more sets to win. Easy, I thought. And how true it was. I won the last 3 sets effortlessly with my queens and jacks.

No trump rocks.

Lately, I have been talking to my classmate online. She is a nice person to talk to and I begin opening up to her, and try to open up to others too. No matter what happens, she is still my friend. *Promise*

Let's imagine, what if you invite your friends over for sleepover and the friends are 1 guy and 1 girl, how will you arrange the sleeping spaces for the 2 of them?

a) The guy to sleep on the sofa, the girl to share the bed with you
b) The guy to sleep on the sofa, the girl to sleep on the floor of the bedroom
c) The guy to sleep on the floor of your bedroom, and the girl to share the bed with you.

If I were to choose, I will choose option (a). Firstly, I am small in size and my bed is quite comfortable for 2. No guy is to sleep in my bedroom, even on the floor.

Anyway, NO such thing will happen to me because my mother is conservative and do not allow my friends to stay over. I agree with her. But sometimes I will want to have girl friends staying over so that we can talk throughout the night. Fun, isn't it?
